Fried Brussel sprout leaves, roasted golden beets, toasted pistachios with a gruyere crisp over manakintowne greens, lemon vinaigrette

 

Lobster salad with Champagne vinaigrette and house made Flat bread

 

Oyster mushrooms, caramelized shallots & goat cheese in house made tart shell

 

Fresh baked bread, melted mustard ale cheddar cheese, house made beef bacon, poached egg topped with Serrano aioli

 

2nd Course

 

Pan Seared Rockfish, baked potatoes Anna with apple, sautéed baby bok choy with

Cider & peppercorn gastrique

 

10oz Berkshire Pork Chop grilled, sage & brown butter gnocchi, with roasted root vegetables and pomegranate reduction

 

Winter vegetable gratin, with a roasted garlic cauliflower puree & crispy local kale

 

60z Monrovia Farm filet, roasted horseradish Yukon mashed potato, grilled broccolini, mustard demi glaze

 

3rd Course

 

Upside down pear & walnut tart with calvados syrup and house made

Vanilla ice cream

 

Dark Chocolate mousse with toasted meringue & warm sugar cookie

 

Triple cream French style cheese with apricot chutney & dried apple slices

 

Personal Pecan Pie with Chocolate sauce & whipped cream
